Good bye Gypsy... Sobb sobb!!

It is such a sad day yesterday when my gypsy was fedexed back to Provo Craft for replacement.  Customer service was very nice and quickly agreed to replace it.  The only problem is they will issue my new gypsy with my old serial number so that  will take them a bit to make that transfer.  Then I am told that my cartridges will work on the new one.   I was told the process could take a couple of weeks.

Meanwhile, I will have craft without it.  I think that I will find I miss it even more than I had thought.

  1. I am hoping I do not have to go that route. I am trying to find a replacement cord that goes to the cricut and the gypsy. It is a difficult process to say the least. Everyone seems to be sold out or out of stock :(

  5. I had to use my Cricut machine for the first time in a long time w/o my Gypsy because the cart wasn't loaded on the Gypsy yet. It was so funny. I forgot where the buttons were on the machine. It took me so long and I couldn't stop laughing. I literally had to learn to use the Cricut machine all over again. :D

  7. I sent my Gypsy back the Tuesday after Thanksgiving. Still waiting. They said they had to reserialize a new one so that I could resync my carts. When I called last week I was told they were out of stock and were waiting for more to come in. Just a little upset, relly wish I had mine back.
