Whale Card

I remember one summer going to the San Juan Islands and being excited to sight an orca whale way off the coast with our binoculars. Just moments later our excitement changed as we drove down the road to find a spot that you could look down and see them right next to us. At first it was just one at a time then two or three at a time. We never would have thought that seeing eight at one time was even possible, but it was. This trip was a fond memory that few ever see. So I made my own whale watching card in memory of the event.

I did this for the following challenges:
Papercutz Challenge # 55 anything goes
FCCB #23  An outdoor activity
Card Positioning Systems # 181-  sketch design

  1. What a fun whale. I like your use of the swirly embossing.

  2. That is cute...embossing is great!

    Thanks for being Fantabulous

  3. I too just love the dry embossing!

  4. Oh what a cute Images and nice CB paper...I never think to make this CB paper for a card with sea theme...great interpretation for the sketch too...hey I made faux stitching too on my CPS card :)

I just put in the moring (Germany time :) ) my card on CPS challenge and it is number 13,would you mind to see it in my blog?many thanks before, hugs, Monika
