# 1 Dad CCC# 79 Challenge

This weeks challenge was to make a Father's Day card. Here is one for my kid's dad. Hope you join us at CCC for this challenge too.

Snowflake card

I love the card feature in Winter Woodlands for this snowflake card. I re-sized it to be an A2 size card, embosed, added ribbon and a sentiment. Rounded the edges and I was done. Oh, I forgot to mention I used packing tape on the back of the cutout and then added glitter. So simple, so quick and so fun. I made this type of card last year, and it is still in my favorites list.

Pumpkin Fun

I am not sure what I do wrong, but some colors don't photograph very close to what it really looks like in person. The green I am using does not look so bright. I tried to use my picasa editor, since I am not a photoshop girl like my husband. So here you get a bright green when it is not nearly so toxic in person. All my colors were really off before my husband made me a photo box to shoot my pictures in. Buy every now and then I still have a few coloring problem.

Any way, I was trying to do the jitterbug sketch # 21 and I love the card in person, so so on the photograph. The challenge required use of cricut, embossing, and a pumpkin some where.  What a fun challenge.
